MPNP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(QUALIFICATIONS/ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW APPLICATIONS)
Note: These requirements are for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (No Federal Express Entry profile needed as Manitoba has its own independent application system) Once nomination is received you can directly apply for the Permanent residence in federal government on its behalf. Provincial Nomination guarantees PR for the successful candidates.
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY YOU MUST:
- A CONNECTION TO THE MANITOBA PROVINCE
One of these three ways to establish and fulfill the CONNECTION requirement for MPNP, in order to be eligible. We assist and provide in these Connection/adaptability requirement mentioned below.

- AGE: Minimum age of 21 at time of submission; no maximum age, there’s no age limit set by the provincial government.
- EDUCATION: Minimum a one year Diploma in a relevant field (mentioned in In-Demand occupations list) or Bachelor’s degree or (may require Equivalency from Canada) Note: Intermediate and Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate or Higher Secondary School Certificate) can also apply under C-class Work Streams (Blue-collar worker categories)
- EXPERIENCE: At least two years of recent full-time work experience in the past five years.
- LANGUAGE: A General IELTS test with a minimum score of 5 (overall) CLB 5.
- Have the genuine intention and ability to economically establish and settle in Manitoba.
- People having experience in living in a rural area, with the ability to adapt to culture and climate will be given priority, but kindly note this is not a mandatory requirement.
- SETTLEMENT FUNDS: Main applicant should have $10,000 CAD plus $2,000 CAD for each family member including spouse and each dependent.This is not a program fee; settlement funds are the recommended amount of money for you to have available to support yourself and your family as you arrive and adjust to life in Manitoba, Canada.
- Submit copies of three months of bank statements and certificates of deposit demonstrating a clear financial history of sufficient and transferable settlement funds (liquid assets) in your name and/or the name of your spouse or common-law partner, and, if applicable:
- copies of securities and other investments
- proof of ownership of real estate including a current market price evaluation, or other assets (not including personal items such as jewelry, furniture or vehicles) owned by the applicant or spouse, with objective fair market value evaluation
If there are currency controls in your country of residence, the MPNP may require proof of transferability.

Applicants who provide an Express Entry profile and verification code must also provide a copy of your financial documents demonstrating that you have sufficient funds to meet LICO requirements. THIS IS FOR EXPRESS ENTRY APPLICANTS ONLY, PNP APPLICANTS DO NOT NEED EXPRESS ENTRY TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY UNDER PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS, IF APPLYING DIRECTLY.

For a single applicant or a family consisting of a Main applicant, spouse/partner and 4 dependent children (biological or adopted) Additional members will cost more in both fee and paperwork.
Step by Step Process
For Manitoba Immigration (MPNP Skilled Worker Canada)
Step 1.
Applicant(s) provide required documents, we do initial assessment, prepare application, and start the visa application registration process. Kindly note application and EOI (Expression of Interest) are not the same. EOI should only be submitted when all mandatory requirements are fulfilled including connection which is a mandatory requirement. Points Assessment page clearly mentions the value of Connection to the province under this paragraph line
“In addition to demonstrating a strong connection to Manitoba, every candidate who wants to be considered under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream must score at least 60 points based on five factors in order to be eligible”.
NOTE: As already mentioned above we provide connection/adaptability through, Friend, Regional Immigration and Manitoba Invitation if the applicant cannot fulfill Adaptability requirement by herself/himself.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO INITIATE THE PROCESS
1. CV/Resume of Principal Applicant and Spouse (if available).
2. Passport (s) of all family members included in the application.
3. Birth Certificate (s) of children included in the application
4. Marriage Certificate.
5. Passport size photo (with white background) for each member included in the application.
6. IELTS or PTE-Core English Test Certificate (with 6 months validity remaining)
7. Bank Statement (showing minimum settlement funds) or equivalent Real Estate property as proof of settlement funds required by the Federal government and Manitoba. REQUIRED AFTER APPROVAL.
8. Email Address (either we or the client should also create an email address (Yahoo or Hotmail account) so the immigration consultant and applicant both have mutual access to it and this email address should only be used for correspondence with immigration department and for this purpose only.
We will apply on your behalf after doing initial assessment and make sure you fulfill all the mandatory requirements.
First Installment of processing fee is provided by the client when initiating with us during Step 1, by signing a two years contract (Retainer Agreement) with us along with providing necessary documents required to proceed with the MPNP application process.
The fee during this first step is $3,100/- Canadian Dollars (CAD).
APPLICATION REGISTRATION/ EOI SUBMISSION.Applicant receives the acknowledgement email from Manitoba immigration department, regarding the registration and processing of application along with necessary login details or further advice from the Manitoba immigration. The application process time starts after the email received by the Manitoba government.
Step 2. (INVITATION RECEIVED FROM MANITOBA)
Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) is received, we lodge the final application with all requirements fulfilled to the concerned Canadian Embassy, VFS Global Center, Consulate or High Commission or as advised by the MPNP government. The fee during this Step 2 is $3,100/- Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Step 3. (NOMINATION GRANTED)
(Final Step)
Nomination Received and granted.
Final Installment of Fee is paid during step 3 (Final step)$6,100/- Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Note: Total fee for this MPNP program is $12,300/- Canadian Dollars (CAD) which is paid in three installments mentioned above in the fee payment structure and schedule. The fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Outcome of the applications and decision is solely made by concerned Immigration department and relevant government authorities only. Humanitarian Global Consultancy Ltd will not be responsible for the outcome of the application and whether the applicant’s EOI is selected by the Canadian provincial government as such decisions are the Government’s responsibility.
We provide transparency of application process with clients including emails/correspondence from immigration including sharing login credentials to the EOI and application portals
We assist and manage applicant’s eligibility for this program and make sure that all the necessary documents will be submitted to the right authorities in the right manner with support in fulfillment of mandatory requirements (if and whenever required by the program and agreed mutually between Humanitarian Global Consultancy Ltd and applicant) and according to the immigration law and for legal representation wherever and whenever necessary. Also, if Canada’s immigration policies and procedures changes regarding the program the applicant has applied under the Humanitarian Global Consultancy Ltd will not be held responsible for the changes made by the Canadian government and their immigration department but with new changes and if possibility for the continuation (revival/renewal) of the application for the same program should exist, this arrangement and application process can move forward mutually and accordingly
